Water Quality Test
For drinking water testing, FHA/VA-required testing, private wells, lead in drinking water concerns, and everyday water safety concerns.
Description: Use this when you need drinking water testing that meets FHA/VA requirements, are buying or refinancing a home, have a private well, notice unusual taste, odor, staining, are concerned about possible lead piping, or want clearer answers about the water your family uses every day.
Water testing provides certified analysis and documentation for: lead, radon, bacteria, arsenic, copper, nitrates, and nitrites.
How to test: Collect the water sample in the provided container. Avoid touching the inside of the bottle or cap, fill as directed, seal, label, and submit the sample for certified laboratory analysis. More testing information will be provided with your order.
Bacteria Surface Swab Test
For leaks, sewage backups, cleanup checks, and contamination concerns.
Description: Use this when a surface may have been affected by water damage, sewage, spills, contamination, or cleanup. A surface may look clean while still leaving questions behind.
How to test: Put on the included sterile gloves and face mask. Swab the area of concern as back and forth covering the entire swab, return the swab to the tube, label the sample, and submit it for certified laboratory analysis.
Mold Surface Swab Test
For visible growth, staining, or suspicious material on a specific surface.
Description: Use mold swab testing when you can see something concerning a wall, ceiling, basement surface, window area, cabinet, furniture, bathroom shower, or any other household material. A mold surface swab will identify what is present where the sample was collected.
How to test: Put on the included sterile gloves and face mask. Open the sterile swab, gently rub the suspicious area back and forth covering the entire swab, place the swab back into the tube, label the sample, and submit it for certified laboratory analysis.
